The negative assessment was down 0.3 percentage point to 52.3 percent. 2.6% of respondents said they don’t know or don’t respond.
By region, Chungcheong (51.5% and 12.1% pt), Busan, Ulsan, and South Gyeongsang Province (46.6% and 9.7% pt), while Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province (21.5% and 16.9%).
By age group, those in their 20s (44.6% and 8.7% pp), those in their 50s (46.5% and 5.8% p↑), and those in their 30s (48.1% and 5.2% pp).
The party’s approval rating was 38.9 percent, up 4.1 percentage points from the previous week, leading the merged party by a narrow margin of 37.1 percent, up 0.8 percentage point.
The gap between the two parties is 1.8 percentage points, within the margin of error (95% ±2.5% p at the confidence level).

The consolidated party rose from 17.5 percent to 3.4 percent in Gwangju, but fell from 32.7 percent to 4.5 percent in Chungcheong Province and 41.0 percent to 41 percent to Busan, Ulsan and South Gyeongsang Province.
