Traffic control on the way to work, such as the rising water level in the Han River, the eastern main line and the riverside north road, etc.
Traffic is being blocked in many parts of downtown Seoul on the way to work due to heavy rain in the central part of the capital.
According to the police and the Seoul Metropolitan Government on the 6th, traffic between Surak Underpass and Seongsu JC is being restricted due to rising water levels in all sections of the eastern highway. Two-way traffic between the northern end of Wonhyo Bridge on Gangbyeon Expressway and the entry ramp of the Medical Association was blocked.
Two-way traffic is also being controlled in the Majang Lamp-Seongsu JC section of the internal circulation road due to rising water levels in the Han River. A flood warning was issued at 5:50 a.m. at the Daegok Bridge branch in Tancheon.
Since 9:25 p.m. the previous day, two-way traffic between Dongjak Bridge and Yeomchang Nadulmok in Olympic Boulevard has also been restricted.
In addition, the flood control center has been under control since the 2nd and 3rd of last month, while the Yeouido and downstream ICs have been under control since the previous day. This is due to the rising water level in the Han River due to the discharge of Paldang Dam.
